Return Policy
My Mommy’s Tote return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. Our return process is easy. Totes are refundable for purchase price minus actual shipping costs within 30 days of receipt to the same credit card it was purchased on. Totes must have all 6 dividers, Emergency Contact Info Card and tag intact. Returns must be requested via email. We cannot accept returns that do not meet this criteria.

Exchange Policy
You may exchange your tote for the exact same color within 30 days. Please contact us for further processing.
